Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Nsel Solutions LLC, its employees, agents, and subcontractors.
- “Customer” refers to any individual or entity requesting or using the Company’s services.
- “Goods” refers to cargo, freight, or materials tendered for transportation.
- “Services” refers to freight transportation, logistics, and related services provided by the Company.
2. Scope of Services
The Company provides general freight transportation services subject to these Terms and Conditions. Services may include pickup, transport, delivery, storage (if applicable), and related logistics services as agreed in writing.
The Company may subcontract all or part of the Services at its discretion.
3. Quotations and Rates
All quotations are estimates only and are subject to change due to:
- Fuel surcharges
- Route changes
- Weight, dimensions, or nature of Goods
- Delays beyond the Company’s control
Rates do not include taxes, duties, tolls, or other governmental charges unless expressly stated.
4. Customer Obligations
The Customer warrants that:
- All information provided regarding the Goods is accurate and complete
- The Goods are properly packed, labeled, and compliant with applicable laws
- The Goods are not hazardous, illegal, or prohibited unless declared and accepted in writing
The Customer is responsible for loading and unloading unless otherwise agreed.
5. Prohibited and Dangerous Goods
The Company does not transport hazardous, explosive, flammable, illegal, or restricted goods unless:
- Fully disclosed in advance
- Properly packaged and documented
- Accepted in writing by the Company
The Customer is liable for all damages, penalties, and costs arising from undisclosed or misdeclared Goods.
6. Delivery and Transit Times
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only. The Company is not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road conditions
- Mechanical failures
- Acts of God
- Government actions or force majeure events
7. Liability and Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability for loss or damage to Goods is limited to the lesser of:
- The actual value of the Goods, or

The Company is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or economic losses
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Damage caused by improper packaging or inherent defects

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims, damages, penalties, and expenses arising from:
- Breach of these Terms
- Inaccurate information about the Goods
- Violation of laws or regulations
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United States.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States.
15. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Company’s website and become effective immediately.
16. Acceptance
By using the Company’s services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
